In your necromancer Rulie Au Legend just kinda seems to follow around with a blank stare in every pic besides how surprised he looked right when he was revived.

How there is Legend, like..... mentally? Does he know who he is? Does he remember his life? Is his mind as sharp as it used to be or is it muddled and hard to think straight?

If remnants of the decay in his limbs stick around the logical continuation is that his brain decayed from the lack of oxygenated blood from. Ya know. Being dead. And that resulted in brain damage like when people aren't brought back with CPR fast enough

Legend knows who he is and generally remembers his life but has trouble retrieving memories. He has constant brain fog. Sometimes the fog clears up and Hyrule is happier on days like that since Legend responds more and talks longer than a few words

But its the days when is mind is clear when Legend feels horrified with the situation he's in. He used to do something about it, like putting himself back to 'sleep' but Hyrule wakes him up and heals any injury his body has– so Legend is just resigned now. 

Him following Rulie around with a dead (pun intended) expression is Legend going "this might as well be happening" Or has brain fog <-(the usual reason)

Thanks for the interesting tidbit about brain decay/damage! It explains leg's constant brainfog quite nicely! :D

do people who have listened to taz balance but not graduation Know that it was HEAVILY IMPLIED that lup and barry eventually adopted a lil sorcerer child who got disowned by his family for his natural necromancy magic, and they taught him how to use his powers for good and were overall great parents that he looks back on fondly

(and said child grew up to be a dimension-hopping lich, caretaker of the dead, and very sweet adoptive father of a major npc)

Necromancy

Tim's a necromancer. He was very careful - normally - about who he let know about that fact. He just wasn't expecting the new ghost on his team to be so easy to resurrect. He had a lot of questions.

Danny was a halfa. But one off-handed comment made by his new teammate and suddenly he wasn't anymore. He was just... alive.

I just wanted to draw the necromancer’s horse from Nsp mystic crystal and I realized he doesn’t use a saddle?? Doesn’t that hurt??? He has to do it for the vine/j

I present to you all my interpretation of the moment when Makkaro Aetherward becomes a necromancer, breaking free of his chains to go for the kill on those who tormented him...

This one has been planned for a while, but none of the sketches convinced me. I wanted to make a fanart for the part of the chapter when he breaks free and destroys the prison and the Warden, but I after a lot of thought, I found the moment he has his demonic voice for the first time would be the one.

Also there was the design: I used 2002's Count of Montecristo bits of the Chateu D'If to get the idea of how a prissioner would look like, and it fades away all the recognizing traits of Makkaro (long hair and beard that hides the face and all that), so there had to be necromancy playing.

I must say it was painful to draw Makkaro on such conditions, injuried and so thin, but the part where there was magic had the karmic part, so that did some help.

hitman joel x businessman (? not sure about this one but its what ive got) xb where joel was originally hired to kill xb but then xb kept wiggling his way out of every single attempt. and then joel's contract expires but he still keeps trying to kill xb because he wants to finish the job and he has a reputation to uphold here! who's going to hire a hitman who comically fails in every attempt to kill this one guy? and then he tries to befriend xb in disguise to figure out this guy's weaknesses. (xb knows the whole time but is extremely paranoid anyways and kinda wants to see where joel's going with this).

(featuring grian and the rest of the magic mountain gang as joel's hitman friends who bully him mercilessly, keralis as. well i feel like you can't write xb without a keralis. and hypno as xb's necromancer friend who raises him from the dead the few times joel actually Does manage to poison him or whatever)
